The piece
About this design
A band with three parallel grooves cut along its length, set on a shank that curves gently instead of running straight. There are no stones. The grooves catch light in three fine lines rather than one broad sheet, so the ring reads as ribbed and matte-edged from a distance even though every surface is polished. The soft contour means it leans slightly to follow the base of an engagement ring rather than sitting square against it, closing the gap that a straight band would leave. It works equally well as a plain band worn alone.

The centre stone is graded by someone other than us
A lab grown diamond over 1.00 carat goes to IGI — an independent gemological laboratory — and is graded there, and its report ships with the piece. Below that weight the accent stones are not individually certified; nobody in the trade certifies melee. We would rather tell you that here than let you open the box expecting paperwork that was never coming.

Check the report against IGI's own database
If your piece came with a report, type its number into IGI's site. It will show you the same stone, graded on the same date. If it does not match what arrived, you did not get what you paid for — and you have thirty days to send it back.

Grown, not mined — and we say so everywhere
A lab grown diamond is a diamond: same carbon lattice, same hardness, same fire, and it passes a diamond tester exactly like a mined stone. The only difference is where it formed. You will never find that fact buried in the small print here.
