How your order arrives
Every Driona order is packed by hand.
Before your piece goes into the box, we take a polaroid of it — the actual piece, in our hands, in our workshop in India. That photo goes in the box, along with a note we write ourselves.
Not a printed card. Not a sticker with your name on it. A photograph of your ring, and a few lines in our handwriting.
We write every note ourselves
No printed cards. No templates. Whoever packs your order writes to you by hand, using your name, about your piece.
It takes a few minutes per order. We have never found a good reason to stop.
The first order we ever shipped
We photographed it before it went out — the same way we photograph every order now. Then we kept the picture.
It felt like something worth keeping.
If something is not right
Buying jewellery from a brand you have not used before takes trust. These are the things that protect you if it does not go to plan.
Every stone is certified
The certificate number is registered with the laboratory, not with us. You can look it up yourself before you ever contact us.
Resizing is free
If the size is not right, we will resize it for you at no charge. Message us and we will arrange it.
30 days to send it back
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send you the return address. The piece needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Customised orders are the one exception.
Talk to the people who will make it
Message us and we will answer honestly, even when the answer is that we are not the right fit. We can send you a video of your actual piece before it ships.
We reply in the order messages arrive. India time, so allow for the difference.
