Curved Ring, in detail

  1. Shaped to close a gap

    A curved or contoured band is cut to follow the outline of an engagement ring so the two sit flush. A straight band beside a low-set or wide-headed ring leaves a visible wedge of skin.

  2. The curve has to match your ring

    Contours are not universal. The depth of the curve needs to answer the specific head it sits under, which is why buying the pair together is far easier than matching one later.

  3. It reads well on its own

    The soft arc suits a hand on its own as much as in a stack, which makes a curved band a more versatile buy than a notched one cut for a single ring.
