Bespoke designs, engraving and other personalised orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Our standard production time is 8–10 business days before dispatch. Delivery then takes a further 8–10 business days. Production and delivery are separate, giving an estimated total of 16–20 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. An estimated ship date is shown on each product page. If you need your order by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery for jewellery, or within 14 days after delivery for loose diamonds. Listed designs with standard size, metal and stone selections are eligible. Bespoke designs, engraved and personalised pieces are excluded from change-of-mind returns and exchanges. You can easily measure your ring size at home using our Ring Size Guide., designed to help you find the most accurate fit. If you already know your size, simply select it while placing your order. For best results, we recommend measuring your finger at the end of the day when it is at its natural size.

Yes, we offer complimentary engraving on selected pieces. You can add your engraving details while placing your order. If you’d like to add engraving later, simply contact us before your order is shipped, and we’ll take care of it.

Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty on all our products along with lifetime services. However, it's important to note that our warranty does not cover wear and tear, loss of gemstones, theft, or loss of the product itself. Additionally, any damage or loss resulting from not obtaining necessary repairs to maintain the jewelry's integrity is also excluded.

Common issues not covered as manufacturing defects include:

• Discoloration of metals due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
• Normal wear of precious metals and prongs, which may require periodic restoration.
• Damage to prongs from everyday use, leading to gemstone loss.
• Loss of gemstones due to wear or accidental damage.

Our warranty focuses on manufacturing defects, ensuring your piece is free from such issues upon purchase. For everyday wear or accidental damage, regular maintenance and care are recommended.

All our jewelry is crafted from solid precious metals, including silver and 10k, 14k, and 18k gold. We do not use plated materials. Yes, we offer a rush order service for customers who need their jewelry sooner. With this option your order is prioritised at the bench, so it is completed and dispatched ahead of the queue. A rush service fee applies. To request this service, please contact us after placing your order.

Yes. Every order includes shipping insurance for the full purchase price until delivery, as well as tracking after dispatch.

Yes. Eligible standard jewellery may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery; eligible loose diamonds within 14 days after delivery. Standard items include listed designs with standard size, metal and stone selections. Bespoke, engraved and personalised orders are excluded from change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Exchanges depend on availability; we will explain any price difference before processing. You may request cancellation within 48 hours of ordering. After 48 hours, cancellation may be possible if production has not started; an approved cancellation carries a 15% fee. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible. Bespoke designs, custom designs, engraving and other personalised orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Choosing a standard size, metal or stone for a listed design does not make it a custom order. For a change-of-mind return or exchange, you pay the return postage. Driona Jewels covers reasonable return shipping for defective or incorrect items. If your item is defective, incorrect or arrived damaged, email support@drionajewels.com before sending it back so we can provide instructions. We recommend tracked and insured return shipping, with the original packaging, certificates, documents and accessories.
