We offer free, insured worldwide shipping with tracking on every order.

How long your order takes

Every piece is made to order in our workshop.

• Production: 8–10 business days to craft, set and finish your piece.
• Delivery: 8–10 business days after dispatch.

Production time and delivery time are separate. Your total time from order to delivery is usually about 16–20 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. An estimated ship date is shown on each product page.

Import duties

You do not need to pay import duties on your Driona Jewels order. Driona Jewels covers applicable import duties. If a carrier asks you to pay an import duty, contact us at support@drionajewels.com before paying.

Delays

Delivery estimates can be affected by public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption or customs processing. If tracking has not moved for several days, contact support@drionajewels.com and we will contact the carrier for you.
