One shipping method, free to every country we serve. No express tier, no paid upgrade, no surprise at checkout — every order is insured and tracked to the same standard.
How long your order takes
Every piece is made to order in our own workshop — nothing is pulled off a shelf. So your order runs in two stages.

Crafting is counted in business days and transit in calendar days, so allow a little longer over weekends and public holidays — in a bad week the full journey can run closer to 24 days. An estimated ship date is shown on every product page. If you need your piece by a particular date, contact us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
What every order includes
A signature may be required on delivery. We are not able to ship to PO boxes.
Duties and taxes
The buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes charged by their local government, so we recommend checking your country's rates before ordering. For most destinations — including the USA, UK and Australia — orders are typically delivered without additional duties. In some countries a small customs fee may apply, and our shipping partner will contact you directly if so.
If something is delayed
The great majority of parcels arrive inside the 8–10 day window. Customs processing, severe weather and carrier disruption can occasionally add time, and Driona Jewels cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these, as they are beyond our control.
If your tracking has not moved for several days, email support@drionajewels.com and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
