Yes. Send us a photo, a screenshot or a link and we will build your own version of it, adjusted to your stone, size and budget. We do not copy trademarks or hallmarks, but the look and feel of a design can absolutely be recreated.
That is completely normal, and it is what the design call is for. Choose "Not sure" anywhere in the builder and we will walk you through shapes, carat weights and sizing. Custom rings also include one free resize.
Yes. Every lab-grown diamond we set comes with its own IGI or GIA certificate, and all our stones are conflict free. The certificate ships with your piece.
Because a custom piece is made only for you, it sits outside our standard 30-day return window. That is exactly why we render it in 3D first and revise it until you are certain. If anything arrives faulty or not as approved we fix or remake it at our cost, and every piece carries a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship.
