Because we work with lab-grown diamonds and moissanite, a custom design typically costs a fraction of the mined equivalent — and you always get a firm quote before anything is made.
Your quote and 3D render usually take 24–48 hours. We confirm production timing for your bespoke design before you order. Delivery then takes 8–10 business days after dispatch. Production and delivery are separate. If you have a proposal or wedding date, tell us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.
No. Your consultation, your quote, your 3D render and every revision are free. You only pay once you have seen exactly what you are getting and told us to go ahead.
Yes. Send us a photo, a screenshot or a link and we will build your own version of it, adjusted to your stone, size and budget. We do not copy trademarks or hallmarks, but the look and feel of a design can absolutely be recreated.
That is completely normal, and it is what the design call is for. Choose "Not sure" anywhere in the builder and we will walk you through shapes, carat weights and sizing. Custom rings also include one free resize.
Yes. Every lab-grown diamond we set comes with its own IGI or GIA certificate, and all our stones are conflict free. The certificate ships with your piece.
Bespoke designs, engraving and other personalised orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Choosing a standard size, metal or stone for a listed design does not make it a bespoke order. If anything arrives faulty or not as approved, we fix or remake it at our cost.
Yes. We offer free, insured worldwide shipping with tracking. Driona covers applicable import duties, so you do not need to pay them. If a carrier asks you to pay an import duty, contact support@drionajewels.com before paying.
