Director of Craftsmanship & Quality
Darshan
- Second generation diamond trade
- Four years studying in London
- Sourcing & quality standards
My connection to this industry began long before this brand existed. My father entered the diamond trade in 1996 and later established his own business. Growing up around it, I saw the discipline, resilience and integrity the work demands — especially through the 2008 recession, when the business paused and then restarted with even stronger determination.
Those experiences shaped what I understand true craftsmanship to mean. After four years in London for my studies, I returned with international exposure and a clearer sense of what customers outside our own market expect.
Today I focus on design direction, sourcing standards and maintaining uncompromising quality across every piece we produce. For me, this brand represents heritage, precision and a commitment to excellence carried forward into a global market.
