About this design
A marquise diamond stands upright on a fine band that carries alternating marquise and round accents, each one held in its own small setting with a short bar of polished gold between them. The spacing is what gives this ring its rhythm — the accents read as separate points of light rather than a continuous pave line, and the gaps keep the band looking slim from the side. The centre stone is held with claws at both points.

The centre stone is graded by someone other than us
A lab grown diamond over 1.00 carat goes to IGI — an independent gemological laboratory — and is graded there, and its report ships with the piece. Below that weight the accent stones are not individually certified; nobody in the trade certifies melee. We would rather tell you that here than let you open the box expecting paperwork that was never coming.

Check the report against IGI's own database
If your piece came with a report, type its number into IGI's site. It will show you the same stone, graded on the same date. If it does not match what arrived, you did not get what you paid for — and you have thirty days to send it back.

A lab grown diamond is a diamond: same carbon lattice, same hardness, same fire, and it passes a diamond tester exactly like a mined stone. The only difference is where it formed. You will never find that fact buried in the small print here.
