About this design
Seven round brilliant lab grown diamonds are set as a flower at the centre of this stud — one stone in the middle with six around it — grouped closely so the cluster reads as one larger round stone. Six open gold blades radiate outward from the cluster like petals, each hollowed underneath to keep the profile light and airy. At around 9.5mm the pair stays compact enough for daily wear while covering more of the lobe than a single stone stud of the same carat weight.

The seven stone cluster plus the petal frame gives a face of about 9.5mm, several times the spread of a single stone of the same carat weight.
The blades angle back very slightly and the post sits centrally behind the cluster, so the earring rests flat on the lobe instead of tipping forward.
No — the underside is open, so warm soapy water and a soft brush reach the back of the cluster easily, which is more difficult on a closed-back setting.
At 9.5mm they are compact enough for a second piercing, though the petal frame is wider than a plain stud so allow a little space between the two.

The centre stone is graded by someone other than us
A lab grown diamond over 1.00 carat goes to IGI — an independent gemological laboratory — and is graded there, and its report ships with the piece. Below that weight the accent stones are not individually certified; nobody in the trade certifies melee. We would rather tell you that here than let you open the box expecting paperwork that was never coming.

Check the report against IGI's own database
If your piece came with a report, type its number into IGI's site. It will show you the same stone, graded on the same date. If it does not match what arrived, you did not get what you paid for — and you have thirty days to send it back.
