The piece
About this design
A softly pointed band that dips to a shallow V at the front, with five round diamonds bezel set along the descent. The largest sits at the lowest point of the curve and the others step down in size as they climb away from it, so the eye is drawn into the V rather than along a flat row. Each stone sits in its own rubbed-over gold collar, which keeps the profile low and the edges smooth. The curve is shaped to cradle the base of a solitaire, but the graduation makes it complete enough to wear alone.

The centre stone is graded by someone other than us
A lab grown diamond over 1.00 carat goes to IGI — an independent gemological laboratory — and is graded there, and its report ships with the piece. Below that weight the accent stones are not individually certified; nobody in the trade certifies melee. We would rather tell you that here than let you open the box expecting paperwork that was never coming.

Check the report against IGI's own database
If your piece came with a report, type its number into IGI's site. It will show you the same stone, graded on the same date. If it does not match what arrived, you did not get what you paid for — and you have thirty days to send it back.

Grown, not mined — and we say so everywhere
A lab grown diamond is a diamond: same carbon lattice, same hardness, same fire, and it passes a diamond tester exactly like a mined stone. The only difference is where it formed. You will never find that fact buried in the small print here.
