The piece
About this design
This is the heavier of our pave bands: the stones are noticeably larger than on the fine versions, and the band is built to 2.40 mm to carry them. Each diamond is held in its own set of claws that reach up the side of the stone, so the row stands slightly proud and throws light from the edges as well as the top. At 4 g it has real weight on the finger and works as the main ring rather than an accent in a stack.

The claws are taller than on a flush band, so fine knitwear needs care. In return you get light entering the stones from the side.
It has a definite presence — most people describe it as feeling solid rather than heavy. It is roughly double the weight of our slim bands.
Plenty of people do wear a substantial pave band that way, particularly if a single large centre stone is not what they want.
Have them checked once a year. Taller claws are easier for a jeweller to inspect and re-tip than the tiny beads on a micro pave band.

The centre stone is graded by someone other than us
A lab grown diamond over 1.00 carat goes to IGI — an independent gemological laboratory — and is graded there, and its report ships with the piece. Below that weight the accent stones are not individually certified; nobody in the trade certifies melee. We would rather tell you that here than let you open the box expecting paperwork that was never coming.

Check the report against IGI's own database
If your piece came with a report, type its number into IGI's site. It will show you the same stone, graded on the same date. If it does not match what arrived, you did not get what you paid for — and you have thirty days to send it back.

Grown, not mined — and we say so everywhere
A lab grown diamond is a diamond: same carbon lattice, same hardness, same fire, and it passes a diamond tester exactly like a mined stone. The only difference is where it formed. You will never find that fact buried in the small print here.

10K, 14K or 18K gold, 925 sterling silver or platinum — solid, never plated over brass. Plating wears through in months and takes the colour with it. Weigh it, test it, or send it to a jeweller.

Every ring is made to order at our own bench, not bought in finished and relabelled. That is why we can move a stone, change a shank profile or cut a size we do not list — a reseller could not.
