About this design
This is the most worked ring in the collection — eight grams of gold, engraved in relief the entire way round, milgrained along both edges, and set with two sizes of round diamond alternating with small marquise accents that continue past the sides of the finger and all the way to the back. There is a hidden row of diamonds under the centre stone as well. Nothing about it is restrained, and that is the point: it looks like an heirloom that has been in a family for eighty years.

It is a big ring and it is meant to be seen — but everything on it sits low. The accents are set down into the metal and the engraving is cut in rather than raised, so despite the detail there is very little standing proud to catch.
They do, alternating with the engraving right to the base of the band. That is what makes it an eternity design rather than a solitaire with decorated shoulders, and it is why it still looks complete when it turns on your finger.
Most people do not, because the ring already reads as a full set. If you want one, a plain slim band in the same metal sits quietly beside it without competing.

The centre stone is graded by someone other than us
A lab grown diamond over 1.00 carat goes to IGI — an independent gemological laboratory — and is graded there, and its report ships with the piece. Below that weight the accent stones are not individually certified; nobody in the trade certifies melee. We would rather tell you that here than let you open the box expecting paperwork that was never coming.

Check the report against IGI's own database
If your piece came with a report, type its number into IGI's site. It will show you the same stone, graded on the same date. If it does not match what arrived, you did not get what you paid for — and you have thirty days to send it back.

Grown, not mined — and we say so everywhere
A lab grown diamond is a diamond: same carbon lattice, same hardness, same fire, and it passes a diamond tester exactly like a mined stone. The only difference is where it formed. You will never find that fact buried in the small print here.
