Due to the architectural split band and the low profile of the pear setting, most straight wedding bands will sit with a slight gap. A contoured or curved band is recommended for a flush fit.
The point of the pear is protected by a V-prong or carefully positioned standard prong, which minimizes the risk of snagging on delicate fabrics during daily wear.
The split shank design creates a wider footprint on the finger compared to a single band, offering a substantial look while the negative space keeps it feeling lightweight.

The centre stone is graded by someone other than us
A lab grown diamond over 1.00 carat goes to IGI — an independent gemological laboratory — and is graded there, and its report ships with the piece. Below that weight the accent stones are not individually certified; nobody in the trade certifies melee. We would rather tell you that here than let you open the box expecting paperwork that was never coming.

Check the report against IGI's own database
If your piece came with a report, type its number into IGI's site. It will show you the same stone, graded on the same date. If it does not match what arrived, you did not get what you paid for — and you have thirty days to send it back.
