About this design
Equal sides, soft corners, and a solid gold rim tracing the whole outline: this is the most geometric ring in the range and the most quietly confident. A square cushion inside a bezel becomes a single clean block of shape on the finger, with no prongs interrupting the edges and nothing raised above the surface. It stacks perfectly flat, sits very low, and is about as close to indestructible as an engagement ring gets.

A standard cushion is slightly longer than it is wide; this one has equal sides. Inside a bezel that squareness becomes the whole design, giving a clean geometric block rather than a soft pillow.
Better than almost anything here. The bezel is low and flat-sided, the shank is straight, and nothing protrudes — so a flat band sits right against it with no gap and no risk of the two rubbing each other.
Completely. The bezel wraps the entire girdle including every corner, which is the part of a square-ish stone most likely to take a knock. This is the safest way to set this shape.

The centre stone is graded by someone other than us
A lab grown diamond over 1.00 carat goes to IGI — an independent gemological laboratory — and is graded there, and its report ships with the piece. Below that weight the accent stones are not individually certified; nobody in the trade certifies melee. We would rather tell you that here than let you open the box expecting paperwork that was never coming.

Check the report against IGI's own database
If your piece came with a report, type its number into IGI's site. It will show you the same stone, graded on the same date. If it does not match what arrived, you did not get what you paid for — and you have thirty days to send it back.

Grown, not mined — and we say so everywhere
A lab grown diamond is a diamond: same carbon lattice, same hardness, same fire, and it passes a diamond tester exactly like a mined stone. The only difference is where it formed. You will never find that fact buried in the small print here.
